Did not mean 10% annual return, but rather average return over 3 years. There's a difference between the two terms. |

Because of the recent $150 dividend per lot and mine were bought at a lower price than yours three years ago. This explains why my return is higher than yours held since 1999 . Tks for allowing me to clarify this matter |

Hikitty, Are u sure 10% returns of dividend since 04....fyi, i have been holding my 100 lots since 1999 and never see 10% annual returns. Pls help me to post the dividend statement so that i can approach CDP/Nera to claim back my last 7 years dividends.. |

The price has been holding well after xd. It was a suggestion to buy. purely because of ts attractive annual dividend of $30 yearly. Shd be able to realise some profit once the merger is announced, if that's your short term aim. If you care to check with your remisier/dealer, some investors have been keeping this share for some time just because of the dividends. Vested in this share since 2004 and have enjoyed more than 10% return on my investment to date, due to the dividends received.. |

The details of merger between Eltek ASA and Nera ASA are available in its third quarter report (pse log on to SGX website). Furthermore, this share has been paying dividends for the past few years, unlike many other shares which DON't move at all & yet does not attract any dividend payout. Is it possible dat all those who are queuing to buy today are all buying to lose? Think abt that |

The queue to buy volume is higher than the queue to sell. Something must be brewing or else are all of them buying to lose? . |

So long as it remains firmly supported. The price has not really gone down, juz dat cash dividend of $150 per lot has been fully discounted. Sorry, I am not a loyal soldier, juz dat this share attracts good dividend payout every year.. . |

Good evening Singaporegal Master, I read that the price came down because of XD on 31.10.06 (pre CD 0.51) and news of impending merger. This could be the reasons for the high vol and high price then low vol and price crashses. Hope this infor helps. God bless. |

This stock confuses me... high volume a few days ago with the price very high, then low volume and price crashes. |

Mkt down, but buying up at 0.365cents seems good. Something brewing at Neratel? If not, why the buying up momentum. Any one out there have an inkling of what's brewing? All those buying up the shares to lose? |
