SINGAPORE, 20 September 2007 -

Trek 2000 International Ltd (?Trek? or the ?Company?) today announced that it has

secured a major Japanese MNC for an annual supply of Customized Storage

Solution that have been specially designed for use in the Digital Video Camcorder

(?DVC?).

Valued at approximately US$25 million per annum, Trek has developed both the

firmware and software for this Customized Storage Solution specifically for this

Japanese MNC customer.

The leading players in the DVC industry are companies like Sony, JVC, Panasonic

and Canon. Currently the estimated market demand for DVCs ranges between 6

million units to 7 million units per year, and this figure is expect to increase.

The contributions will commence towards the end of FY2007 and Trek expects that

the contributions will significantly impact the performance from FY2008.
