I bet to differ. Looking back to 2007 when DBS Vickers promotes so much s-chips landed many people to Holland. Even so convincing to the extreme of their analysts making trips to China factories and return with fantastic datas of expansion, cash-rich, beautiful accounting figures of these companies. And now, what happen? Wonder why people are still so confident and naïve over these analysts. Probably, these are the lots that does not do homework and trade or invest blindly following the noises on the background.

Agreed with yr view fully.There is no change in potential however there are higher chances of px slipping down south instead.Notice CEO is back pedalling their words from their recent reports vs analysis reports.First time drilling using their so called " technology" likely to face hiccups.Just think if they are so confident abt their technology,they would have engaged private investors instead of seeking public listing to seek for public fund.If there are proven result for several drillings,imagine what price they can command during an IPO but they did not.This showed the mgt/ceo is also not 100% sure abt its potential. He cld be keeping something under this sleeve we never know. Maybe they did ask private investors but no one dare to take the risk as it still a unproven technology hence only option is to tap fund from the public.Drillings are bound to have hits and misses.Going forward how many missess can investors stomach?

Dont forget they are listed on second board of SGX where the company have no profit/revenue for the past 3 yrs.

RESTRUCTURING OF SHAREHOLDING ARRANGEMENTS WITH FRAM EXPLORATION ASA

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings

ascribed to them in the Company?s announcements dated 21 October 2013, 28 October 2013, 4 November

2013 and 15 November 2013 in relation to the restructuring of shareholding arrangements with Fram

Exploration ASA (the ?Announcements?).

The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of the Company refers to the Announcements and would like to update

that the Company and Fram had agreed to amend the number of New Fram Shares to be issued to the

Company from 1,256,323 to 1,205,962 (?Amendment?). The New Fram Shares will be issued at

approximately US$5.80 per New Fram Share. Subsequent to the Amendment, the Company is pleased to announce that the Company had on

20 November 2013, received 1,205,962 New Fram Shares, valued at USD 7 million and representing

approximately 4.79% of the enlarged share capital of Fram, in exchange for Rex US?s 20 per cent direct

interest in Fram?s Colorado and North Dakota concessions (?US Concessions?) and a cash payment of

USD 4.51 million. The Company also had on 15 November 2013, issued and allotted 4,518,072 new Shares to Fram, in relation

to the acquisition of an additional 12.18 per cent stake in Caribbean Rex.

Pursuant to the fulfilment of the condition precedents in relation to the US Concessions and acquisition of an

additional 12.18 per cent stake in Caribbean Rex, the Company, Rex US and Fram had on 20 November 2013, completed the aforementioned transactions (?Completion?). Following the Completion, the Company holds 27.86% of the issued share capital of Fram and no longer has

any direct interest in the US Concessions.
