x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This is the first major correction in the last 4 mths. The drop to 4.7c has moved it to the 50 days MA. Hope it holds. There is a likelihood it may attempt 4.5c at the lower band of the Bollinger Band and it will not be nice if it breaks. On the other hand, it may rebound strongly from there to resume its uptrend. Don't see any change in fundamental. The market will also take its cue from news coming out from the assembly going on in China now. China has announced it will maintain its 7.5% growth with 3.5% inflation target.

The 100d MA cut above the 200d MA convincely around 13 Feb which is usually a long term indicator of an up trend. Bollinger Bands may offer the trending perspective where the support stays with the 20d MA and the upper range appears the short term cap. It may indeed try to break 5.5c again next week. If so, the pace of increases has stepped up from the 0.2 range every 3-4 weeks over the last 4 mths.

For FY2012, it wrote back RMB$20m and another RMB$20m most recently in Q2 of FY2013 leaving potentially another RMBB$70m for write back if they can repair and salvage the plants to become productive and yielding. Besides, there will be inventive to write back as they will boost the asset base and revenue yield that will boost the ongoing valuation exercise.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Still holding... In fact, bought a bit at 5.0c. Don't see any change in fundamental despite the revenue fell short of expectation. The increased water tarriff rate will be reflected in its revenue reporting ultimately but the speed depends on their accounting principle of recognising on accrual or upon billing. The latter may cause some delay depending on their billing cycle and process. Volumes were very high last wed and thurs and so we will know if the trades were short term contra trade or accumulation continues today and tomorrow. May test 4.8c and that will return it to its 0.2c step up momentum which will naturally disappoint many who wants to see 1 straight line up all the way. Remember, if the invisible hands are accumulating, it will not push the price aggressively up at the expense of them having to pay more... The 20mio impairment was reported earlier so no big deal...those in the know and scrutinized the numbers could have sold yesterday and today. Qtrly earnings by itself not fantastic ..that is why the sell down but when reported with 20mio impairment the number changes and gives an impression of high qtrly profits. Impairments cannot be forever and HK needs to improve on its earnings...David needs to explain in detail why earnings are poor when tariff has been adjusted and there are ongoing revenues from projects.. HK badly need more projects. More projects more revenue...strong revenue and profit will spur the px of the share..slow organic growth is too slow for some of us.

The 20mio impairment was reported earlier so no big deal...those in the know and scrutinized the numbers could have sold yesterday and today. Qtrly earnings by itself not fantastic ..that is why the sell down but when reported with 20mio impairment the number changes and gives an impression of high qtrly profits. Impairments cannot be forever and HK needs to improve on its earnings...David needs to explain in detail why earnings are poor when tariff has been adjusted and there are ongoing revenues from projects.. HK badly need more projects. More projects more revenue...strong revenue and profit will spur the px of the share..slow organic growth is too slow for some of us.
