Going over its websites found out that it has 6 dental clinics and 8 paediatric clinics in addition to the 24 clinics which add together to give a total of 38 clinics, more than Q&M's 31 clinics.

Today xr. Those who bought at 18c x 5 + 7.5 c for a new share is equivalent to 16.25c x 6 excluding brokerage. Today closed at 17c.

personally, i feel it will not go up further cos they already push it up too much liao....once the heat is off, it may fall, then stablise at lower price before it may move up again but may takes months....

Healthway medical is currently the 3rd largest healthcare listed by market capitalization.
Because of relatively new acquistions within the Group,and the inherent technical issues with it.It
is currently on Catalist.Logically,the main-board
listing is a consideration after 18 months post-listing,which is early 2010,and I'm saying as the matter of fact,and not as a respresentative of the group.

Healthway Medical's group has been exponential,if you track Y-O-Y performance.

All the above data,you can refer from public available information.

In short,14 cents at 12 x P/E is cheap because there is growth which has not factored in.Other
healthcare is at higher P/E,even they have already grown and reached a certain size.

HEALTHWAY MEDICAL, a stock which is hotly discussed on NextInsight's forum, announced last night that it had made its second share buyback in a fortnight.

It's news that will bring some cheer to shareholders who may read it as an optimistic signal from the company.

Healthway bought back 4.7 million shares from the open market at 18.5 cents apiece (see table).

That's sharply higher than its previous buyback price of 12.5 cents a share.

Healthway also announced that the book closure date for its rights issue would be 21 January.

Under the rights issue, shareholders will receive one rights share for every five ordinary shares they hold.

Each rights share can be converted into an ordinary share by paying $0.075 each.

Those entitled to be allotted the rights shares are shareholders whose securities accounts with the CDP are credited with Healthway shares as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date, 21 January 2010.
