On Thursday, NOL re-test the resistance at $1.05 and closed at $1.03 with regular volume of 11.6 million shares traded. During the past 10 bars, there have been 3 white candles and 5 black candles for a net of 2 black candles. NOL Europe-Asia freight amount to about 15% only Majority freight came from Asia-America (Transpacific) and Inter-Asia freight The European problem will lower oil price and we will expect Asia-America and Inter-Asia freight increase further. This will help NOL. For NOL to start making money - Oil price maintain below US$100 per barrel and ability of Shipping consortium to increase Container freight charges (which had increased but need to increase further)

Why are you so sure Baltic Index will be " so weak" for the next 2 Quarters? BDI is at its lowest and had risen since Jan12 to date for about 20% and is improving ever since. Anyway BDI affect Cosco more. NOL is a container freight liner & container freight had improved much since last Quarter although need to improve further.

Short $1.055 again & covered back $1.02. $1.00 is the previous support, really miracle, touch & rebound. Uptrend all the way from there the last round. See if it happens again.
