This 'breakout' practice only works many many many years ago, maybe decades, when few people know much about charts and breakouts. In those days, the rare chartists are like voodoo witch doctors, which everyone respects. But nowadays, it has become a " chio jiak say gai" , (dog eat dog world) where people will grab profits on any breakout, knowing that many will buy on breakout...

When CapitalLand was trading @4.23 just 9 months ago, people were singing exactly the same tune (solid fundamentals). Today, it is less than 3.00. Thus, many are already being knocked out (KO) as they continued to buy heavily all the way down. Stocks is all a matter of trend. Trend exists in many time frames. Thus in a major downtrend, there are always minor uptrends. But nobody knows the trend beforehand. All is betting...

CPL may have some pull back and it can be a good time to invest in. I always have the strong recommendation for CPL due to her well-positioned fundamental. Hope it will southern a little more before i vest once again.

As for CPL, its portfolio is well position in china. Afterall, their sales is still in good shape. Now, the interest rate has come to the end.. and propbably will see uptrend in near future. As far as i know, Funds has been flowing into asia again. Next thing, is china will use its huge reseve ( more than $3trillion) to clear its govt debt, n begin to sell its bond soon. So with the bond funds, it will use to built its infrastructure n :value: home.. CPL will gain from it. Lets see my view is accurate.. CPL is for long term..as china will takes another 1- 3 years to be world no1 economy. I believe china has also used some reserve to save the EU- so to gain its power in G7.. As for now, july ,i will see cpl breach the $3/- soon..and whether it will have a trend , much depends on its reporting result coming soon.. | ||||

hi.. as i has posted few weeks ago. interest rate will be raised in july. And also, it will be the very last..at least not till 2012..next the chinese will be focus on yuan appreciation. For my own view. chinese govt will not let its economy to slow, so long as the europe n the US in despair- china will not have any hard landing.. The world economy operate into 3 cont- 1) US 2) Europe 3) Asia. Now (1) n (2) is in trouble, so funds have to go into more " productive : ones. thats will be in China. As we have seen, China is going all out, to conquer the world economies, using its financial muscle, to invest , mining, oiln gas, and also bonds. In that way, china has begin to show the world it is the " leader' .. so, it will 100% not willing to let its economy to have a hard lending.. | ||||
