That was when financial market crash a few year ago when the  " World Stongest bank " OCBC bank share price plunged to $4 from $9  and keppel corp plunged rapidly to $3 from $13. What has you to say? .  

Even for people who long, I still feel pain when share price plunge from $13 to $3 for Keppel Corp the last time when market crash.    

Hence, I had transfer to Statschippac this time round. The only way to win the market is to hold lot of stock from one strong company which will not go bust and preferably state own. Hence, I must buy cheap stock.   As an employee of Temasek holding for more than 1 decade, I should support my company as my directors and colleagues did. I wish to thank shortie for selling their shares to us.   We hope you can sell some more to me now before the share price go up to $1.5.   I will buy as long as it is below $1.5

I brought from $0.38 to $0.58 this year which is below it NAV.   The stock actually went up to $1.5 after the last market crash.   I do not need to sell.   As I still have plenty of cash. I only used 10 percent of cash.  

 

The price of      CapitailLand,          Keppel Corp,          Keppel Land,          Capitalmallasia,   NOL,          SIA, Tiger Air, SMRT is still on the high side and the risk is higher as their prices are way above their NAV, especially OLAM.   Market is making adjustment now and OLAM Plunged to $1.53 from $2.6 this year.

I actually wanted to buy tiger air but it NAV is only $0.3 and is trading at $0.64.

There is no sign of oil price coming down and we do not know when the government is going to introduce another stronger property cooling measures. The last time, they introduced property cooling measure was in when the market was plunging rapidly.    

I agree that Temasek had screw up when they introduced tiger air.   Hence, they request SIA to introduce Scoot.

A stock worth investing

Temasek Holding currently has 84% stake in the Statschippac and had brought the share at more than $1.7

Now the company, Statschippac is trading at around 40cent which is about 19 times less the 1st day closing price and a great discount to it NAV.   This was due to the Thai flood last year.   Had faith with Temasek holding.               I had been waiting for this moment for quite sometime.   

I am accumulating about 1,000 Lots already for a period of time at great discount. 


IF Market rebound, this stock will rebound   very fast as it is a severely undervalued stock.   This is the cheapest Singapore State owned company in singapore. SIA, Keppel Corp are too expensive and limited upside. The stock had reach it lowest bottom.    


compared to Capitalland, Keppel Land, Capitalmallasia,   NOL, SIA, this Temasek owned company is not affected the rising cost of oil and own policy of property cooling measures.
