Unbelievably fast...it come into my radar screen again...2.12-2.14 now. Well, elfin had said it all...stay away! If current price can't hold, next target will be 1.80s (4x NAV) tho I see more solid support at 1.50s. Stay cautious! ps : YZJ may follow this counter into the tunnel and hit 50cts(2x NAV), stay tune.

small fries, please, just don't buy it. from 217 once the 2 psych mark is breached, it's down to 188 at least. the real sinking will be from 2 if it touches that. if it does, that's dead stock; don't buy no matter what. |

elfin advice remains the same: don't buy cosco til it can prove a bottom. currently, the risk of downside is still greater than any potential upside. |

wldn't recommend a buy for cosco unless it can clear 2.44 (the close of its previous fall). o/w, the risk of 217 is still more likely than an equivalent rise. |

The fact that Cosco Corp has hovering around $2.3x for the last few days has give some cash rich investors a good reason for bottom fishing. The collapsed of Cosco Corp share price is unwarranted to some extend. However, in view of “the break below $2.80 indicates a target of $1.70 based on a measured move”, I would rather err on the safe side. The failure to rebound to higher ground after a huge sell down reflects a very weak buyer in the market. Olympic has failed to bring stock rally before the event. This counter has finished the sharp fall. If there is no further big event from the company or the overall market, it has touched the bottom already. There may be some rebounce due to the sharp fall in the past week. Can go for a short trade. | ||||

Back to basic .... look into its numbers: PE is about 15 times based on 2007 earnings. (quite cheap now) Book order of few b. NAV about 44cts. (maybe due to its yards at China which have lower valuation due to rmb) about 7 yards in China. In my opinion, it is quite good value now. Too bad i do not have many bullets now, if not can go in somemore. |
