Sometimes they have to see the thought process of small time and middle time investors too . if not who wins? They have to use a correct strategy to counter the small and middle fishes so we are very important to them. in a zero sum stock market ( Ups and downs) A bullish candle stick with high volume will attract more and more small buyers and middle buyers giving rise to a bullish breakout momentum. of which the momentum is created by the people themselves. The effect is even more felt with penny stocks being able to rally by 20-30% in a day.

Just sharing my observations One indicator whether a stock will go up or down is the number of new faces or new comers that will say buy this stock or sell this stock. Normally the opposite happens to the call after a short while and also there is increase in reliability of this movement based on the number of players. |

Correct me if I am wrong, as I have just get interest in this counter recently and still trying to understand the counter.
Currently, there is no evidence that winning contract will be able to bring it profit up, as the reason are as follows: Most research report focus on the railway contract that will be roll out. But is Midas the train designer and manufacturer or other railway system turnkey supplier. The answer is No. Midas is the aluminium extrusion supplier and polyethene Pipes. Thus their benefit from the railway contract is minimum. As other material stainless steel, steel,
glass, composite material, plastics, etc. All this contributed to the price.
The research report also focus on their customer being award with the contract which is their JV, not subsidies. For JV you can't be confirm what portion they will provide for the subcontract to Midas or even if it is awarded to Midas, they stand the risk of delay currently with the new reform in railway sector, and aluminium price fluctuation can be the main killer for the profit or loss. Unless the subcontract is sign based on variable aluminium material price fluctuating, but from my understanding most main contractor don't go for this for aluminium except for cable supplier for copper.

Midas is going south. If you use the most fundamental indicator, MACD and EMA, you can see the MACD line has move below the zero line to turn negative. But this also means opportunity for us to start investing soon depending on individual interpretation of the graph since some might enter the market once MACD touches the signal line, others wait since it could be a façade. I would definitely advise to sit and wait awhile before jumping into this counter. |

Midas needs to win a few contracts to dig itself out of the doldrums. Not advisable to buy lest catching a falling knife. Nor short as the price is near support. It is in a state of flux now. Stay on the sidelin until a clearer price direction is visible. | ||||
