Historically only once NOL drop below 1.00 since 2008. If it does touch and go at 0.98. This time round if 2Q12 NOL result is better than the previous 2Q (since 2Q oil price had dropped below USD100 and trade between Asian countries picked up compensating for US and EU trade) it may go upside. |

Maybe cash too much idle around, yesterday itchy backside load some at 1.060. How low can it goes with a die hard STI? Fundamental is broken, TA like rubbish, and charts draw like shiit. Only good is blue shiit with a near rotten bottom px :) Am i too siao to buy this kind of junk shiit? LOL :) Anyone also siao with me? |

Sounds like you are okay with your position. Today down quite a bit more but to be expected given DOW and Spain worries. Now even Australia seems to be taking a hit on it's worries about commodities slow down. NOL is badly exposed. Their ships are lying idle and the need for transportation will be lessen. This may very well go below S$1.00. But having said that, if it gets low enough and you are prepared to hold, there is always such a thing as valuation gettting too cheap to resist.... Just make sure you are comfortable with whatever position you take and don't over-commit.

Afraid I don't share the same view. Shipping industry is really dismay. The loses are only just mounting. NOL will see another round of drop. This time, well below 1.00. Sorry if this is not what you are hoping for.
