x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Be careful when the counter is in a state of euphoria right now........imagine what if BN loses to the opposition in the coming election in June the latest date that the whole bilateral agreement could very well come under a review by the new government that could delay its implementation if not totally derailed - you can imagine why Najib was rushing to sign on with us recently.  And what about the bigger picture of the world situation which can induce deep correction.  Rowsley as it is  is a good bet re risk vs. return  by the current book but I would wait for every correction before considering of putting money into it.
