There is a fundamental deterioration in this company itself, and that emanates from a likely collapse in its business model --- the asset recycling strategy via REITs. That of course is because of global credit contraction. Of course it won't collapse, but it will likely be more cautious in taking up new exposures, which means limited near-term growth and limited upside. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Personally..I hv no vested interest in the counter.... But you wish no harm in trying....... Afterall...( in my opinion..) this counter is trying hard to do the Bull Reversal... ...and with a little bit of luck you may make some gain with it ..... Good Luck....Cheers...!!!

Thanks to teeth and jack for your comments. Today, was reading a few brokerage reports. Under different scenarios, they recommend top choice Ho Bee. Ho Bee? Can you guys comment what you think of Ho Bee? Ho or not? |

teeth53 or anyone, need to seek your advice on pre-close price... Noticed a weird trend whereby the price is pushed down quite substantial on closing due to matching but not so sure how it works...for instance Capitaland has been trading around $6.40 range....how can last 1 min push it down by 6 cents??? Another candidate is UOB, the matching push down is more substantial from $19.62 down to $19.36.... Pls advise. Thanks.

Keppel Land, it is cheap and "BIG DIVIDEND !!!" later next month... furtheremore, they all rise up together and fall together, so, just pick 1 is good enough if u want it for medium term (2 years).

Trade with care, support is >$6.34, notice it has run up this two days rising and monitering like, with HK bourses. Believe HK can run afew more day, hitting another dollar is a real possibilty.

This is one of the stockks that has not fallen below what's expected i.e. about $4.50-$4.80. Resilient. I wonder if it will fall below after dividends. |

The length of the upper and lower shadows can vary, and the resulting candlestick looks like, either, a cross, inverted cross, or plus sign. Doji convey a sense of indecision or tug-of-war between buyers and sellers. Prices move above and below the opening level during the session, but close at or near the opening level 25 March: open price 6.30, close 6.30 |
