 Alert Admin 		The problem lies that CHINA related counters listed in SGX....  IPO is the only way to them for fund raising and further fund raising will not be available or very very hard for approval in common practise, so most of them just doing further fund raising in secondary market till the price stagnant and hard to find traded volume anymore and plan to delist or dual list to other stock markets (dual listing).

So sad, seeing so many China listed firm here, go into suspended situation. Is our stock exchange do their research before approved them, and is there any policy in place to safe guard our minorities' $$. Just like banks, need to be guarrantee. Then who will safe guard our investment, I think we should stay away from China stocks. Even banks also kana play out, after Liehman things.  I think normal people like us,  we should all wake up when invested in all this lousy counter.

i agree, better avoid yingli and yanlord.

china is clamping down on property speculation and details could be iron out once the party meeting commence early this mth. personally i am a bear on china property market. china govt in my opinion will go out hard on property so that they can maintain stability ruling. lotsa chinese ppl i know are already kbkp about china property prices.  

china stocks, trade at your own peril. it seem to me SGX could not police them, how many counters have we seen annoucing bogey annual results , stock brokerage firms misinform investors by giving false recommendation.

i am also bear on china oil related companies, food industry. coz the prices of these products are state control.

 Alert Admin 		Yes ! all China Counters !! The rumorous already say Cosco might remove from blue chip status... this tell you SGX also lost faint in China counter... SGX wants to have beautiful real 30 blues !!! I think Genting sooner or later will remove too !!

By right, accordingly to SGX Rule 1309 they are suppose to pay a reasonable payment to existing shareholders. Unfortunately most china firms that went buzzed go by left side . These firms would normally paint in a 'red' story saying that they are in debt and unable to make a reasonable buy-back offer to shareholders.

try to put some case study on these 3 firms

Asia Water => recently lifted the suspension after 1 years plus of non trading. Offer 1 for 2 Right . Price dropped from previous 0.19 ( before suspension ) to current 0.06c

FerroChina ==> suspension for over 2 years and now SGX ask them to delist

 China Milk say that they have money but need to go those 'these' && 'that' excuss of sending out the money out of PRC. If they really have that money , then i think they should be able to resolved it in within 3-4 mths times. If there is no news from them in regarding these bond payment after this period of times , then it is likely that they will change their story plot line .

Correct me, if I am wong, I felt that FerroChina had been suspend that long ! I just felt. Last time b4 Link Island and renamed to Manhatten, also so kana caught, that counter also suspend for 2 yrs plus ! And they are operate in Spore, this counter, the business in China - remember in China, anything can happen. Take care.
