i agree. Especially for this counter where some of us has been holding it since the sub 1c era to 3c-4c era ....we can stomach huge fluctuations in view of a potential long term gain. Please do your own due diligence.

Refreshing reminder....is all about risk appetite. many try, many fail and yet many paid heavily to learn....humm. Got profit take some n always leave some, losses..??. learn to cut loss. Buy shr that one can afford to loss or hold and not to loss over sleep. Or missed boat or profit taken?, there's always next opportunities. Pls do own homework n best decide by mkt players - is very personnal. Just sharing info on stk/shr trading interest in SJ. |

The board of directors (the ?Directors? or the ?Board?) of YHM Group Limited (the ?Company?) refers to its previous announcements dated 30 September 2013 (the ?Previous Announcements?) in relation to the proposed placement of up to 1,000,000,000 Warrants at the Issue Price, with each Warrant entitling a Warrantholder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the capital of the Company at the Exercise Price per Warrant Share (the ?Proposed Placement?). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings and construction as ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements. The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received the listing and quotation notice from the SGX-ST dated 23 October 2013 (the ?L& Q Notice?), for the listing of and quotation of: (i) up to 1,000,000,000 Warrants at an issue price of S$0.025 each, with each Warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of S$0.025 each within an exercise period of three (3) years, pursuant to the Placement Agreement entered into with the Placement Agent and (ii) up to 1,000,000,000 Warrant Shares in the capital of the Company, pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants at an exercise price of S$0.025 each within an exercise period of three (3) years. The listing and quotation of the Warrants and Warrant Shares is subject to the following: (i) compliance with the SGX-ST?s listing rules (ii) Shareholders? approval being obtained at the EGM to be convened and (iii) submission of a confirmation that a sufficient spread in the Warrants as required under Rule 826 of the Catalist Rules is complied with. Its like your sons take your family's money whenever they need to spend without generating additional income into the family. Think of several years later. It is dangerous. If rights and warrant money can be used to produce, it should be ok, but experience shows that most companies with rights money seldom make good returns so far as I know. Not indicating YHM, but talking in the general sense. Hope YHM huat arh!!! |

YHM will be collecting from BBs, approximately S$30 mil dollars for oil n gas play, an estimate of $5 mil may consider for power n energy play, whether is built from stretch or do a M& A.

Too many warrants and rights issues asking for money from the market nowadays. Without real production of goods and services, our dollar will depreciate with too many listed companies coming out to pluck money from the market. This is economics and the end result is real. Thus I wonder if there are economists in our country who do fear this sort of things and just keep to themselves without alerting the authorities? |

Funny thing is that so many counters use warrants and rights to create monies from the public (investors and funds) and these exercises are never tiring, never ending. Wonder where the money wanted comes from. The US is setting a good example for all money printers outside USA? Or is it a voluntary skill learned or picked up by corporate heads to create money from the air without having to use non virtual ways to make physical money? An academy should be set up to teach future generations that they don't have to really work for it. Just get into a corporation and learn the smart way. Hahahahahahaha!!!!!! | ||||
