i got a friend who is a grassroot helper before... the MP would occasionally ask them how is the ground... they would surely say no problem etc etc... when the last GE result came... the MP ask them how come everything seem to be ok but actually it is not... 

the moral of the story is... these garment ppl or grassroot ppl are great pretender...

 Alert Admin 		S-chip counter is misleaded by overscribed performance and enchancement of SGX's market development, while SGX is too focuss on boosting volume trading even in the short term prospective view and less take care of other general macro and micro infrastructure of capital requirement and implementation! I suppose.

I like this thread a lot. Hope investors can share their experience with others. Money nowsdays are hard earned unlike decades ago....with growing standard of living and cost of living. Once lost...may not recover...invest with extreme caution...my sincere advice...go for Singapore Shares.

 Alert Admin 		Personally, I would only buy S Chips whose holding company and largest shareholders is a PRC State Owned Company or the bulk of the Executive Directors are non PRC-Chinese (preferably Singaporean). This would reduce the risk of large-scale fraud in the company.

Actually companies that are into fertilizers should be good...as agriculture took headline news over global food scarcity...which is unavoidable as the global climate is heading for worse...if this company is named japanxlx...the prospect is better...Japan has a good and trustworthy reputation for quality and honesty...chinese who migrated to Singapore have a lot to learn on these...some house renovation was requested to be done by singaporean and malaysian workers only...as chinese workers are a disappointment...especially run by chinese boss...many are sick and tired from their smiling promise of ...好啊  没问题  小事  您放心 包您满意

Many first timer thought of trying their luck...realized their profit after 15%-20% gain...went to buy another counter...now stucked with 50% loss...this is a simple math...which you will never get positive equation...unless you are one of the manipulators.

I like the way you describe the corrosion of time...Many Moons Back.

When I started to trade...it is my basic instinct to observe the surroundings...many things I have observed over the past years...and one thing which I have hated since young is the sound of the ambulances' siren...and it always get frequent during the time of market downtrends...I do not have the details for the case on the call of the ambulance...but coincidentally...it will happen like what I have mentioned...happening north south east west...it is normal for people to splurge on their winnings thinking they can win again...this mindset is further corrupted with the news of people earning millions in the stock market...mindset of people is moulded through their years of exposure in their lifetime which cannot be shared...even shared with them...will not listen...the news always highlight the successful person...a very small small percentage in the population...just like president scholars...do not indulge in fantasy you will become one by going into stock market...over participation will raise ones ego and ruin ones life as ones is not able to withstand been beaten as ones have been used to lavish lifestyle...and choose to take the path of no return...which triggers the siren of the ambulance.
