Ezra start moved liao, so Ezion should follow to move up soon. The Gorgon contract worth 350mil should be confirmed with them soon, hope so see more upside coming for this stock |

Kim Eng Securities Target Price 1) Ezion Holdings – Initiation (Rohan Suppiah 6432-1455) Previous day closing price: $0.77 Recommendation: Buy Target price: $0.99 Since its acquisition of Nylect in 2007, Ezion has laid a strong foundation for growth, and it is now time to reap the rewards. Earnings growth of 109% p.a. is expected over the next 3 years. Despite its share price outperformance YTD, we believe that Ezion deserves a further re-rating mainly due to the maiden delivery of its liftboat and execution of its Gorgon project. Our target price is S$0.99, with a FY10 multiple of 15x. PE to Growth is still just 0.33x. Niche solutions provider Ezion’s key strength is to identify opportunities within the offshore industry, and then to finance, design, procure and modify specialised vessels which it then charters out, at premium margins. Earnings to grow from liftboats Currently, Ezion derives the bulk of its earnings from ballastable vessels, which serve as support vessels for offshore projects. Going forward, earnings will be boosted significantly by the addition of 4 self-propelled jack-up support rigs (aka liftboats) to its fleet of vessels. Opportunities from Gorgon Ezion also recently won an A$350m contract for early-stage work in the development of Western Australia’s massive Gorgon natural gas project. We anticipate more jobs to come from this project, which has an estimated capex of at least US$28bn. More upside to our target price of S$0.99 Ezion’s share price has moved up sharply on the back of positive news flow such as the Gorgon contract win. However, we believe its prospects have not yet been fully reflected in its share price. Despite FY09 valuations of 35.9x, PE to Growth is still just at 0.33x. We expect further 28% upside to our target of S$0.99, which is based on 15x FY10 earnings. |

Ezion has stood above the neckline of the inverted H&S pattern for 8 days , this is almost confirmed its uptrend movement . With the huge volume done today , it has gained enough momemtunm to propel the share price to move up in the coming week . If measure from the neckline , the final target would be $1.26 .

Hi surge88 , Ezion has been working very hard these few days to do the consolidation before going up further . Because of the huge volume done few days ago , so to have a sustainable uptrend in the future , its volume in the coming week must to exceed which done previously . The ADX is at 32 which means the uptrend is intact n still room to improve . Short term target is at 86 cents .

Hi Raymond , very simple to find that target , just minus the lowest point 52.5 cents from the highest point 69.5 cents n then add to the highest point 69.5 cents , u will get the minimum target price . You must also find for the target price from other formation or gap formation to confirm your previous finding . Just now I used the gap to find out the same target price to confirm again , n got the same answer .

Hi! Bintang I always read and follow your post, and also made money with it. Thank you. As my TA knowledge is limited, what I can see the next target is 0.79 but you have projected it to 0.86, I supposed you are using some fomula calculation to reach it. May I know what method you calculte it ? |
