Written by Bloomberg    Tuesday, 18 May 2010 18:13 United Fiber Systems agreed to buy PT Kutai Chipmill for US$65 million ($90.3 million) through the acquisition of Pacific Global Holding and Pacific Capital Holding from Masba Holding Inc. At the same time, Falcon Capital Global Holding will buy about 53% of United Fiber Systems for $178 million in cash, including newly issued stock. The funds invested will be used to fund the Kutai Chipmill purchase, to expand the group’s wood chip business and for working capital.
