hi guys vested, wonder if you guys saw this news on sgx about the accquistion of Amigos? think theyare finally doing something to justify the rights issue exercise.... Any thoughts on this one? |

Now is the time to really look at cenersave and buy some...As a real laggard and being press down for too long, the uptrend will be very strong...With business development going strong, $50 million convertiable load likely to be converted to share soon and mkt sentimental revering to much better, likelyhood the BBs will have good reasons to play up the price... |

Hi regret, If you have already used up all your investible cpf funds and do not wish to top up with cash to subscribe for your rights, then you can dont subscribe for your rights entitlements. In this case, other shareholders who have applied for excess rights will have a better chance of getting the excess rights. |

Hi Cashiertan, you are able to use CPF or cash for the rights. However, should you use cash, please note that you are not able to CASH it ie your cash and/or your profits will become part of your CPF monies which cannot be withdrawn till your retirement age. |

The number of outstanding shares is near to 1billion... top 20 shareholders are holding just a megre amount of this 1billion outstanding shares thus i feel that this stock will most likely be a speculative stock, since so many shares in the public..might be in the top 20vol counters in the months ahead... Just my chinchye opinion...

bio-energy is not something which you can see your balance sheet increases tremendously in the next few days, months or even years. This is also couple with the high debt by the company, not much upside. |

That's true but still think they would want to keep the price at a competitive rate so as to mentain the confident level of those investors in cenersave...share price will get much higher later if the company share price is reasonable now rather than being hammper down (meaning telling those vested that company is worthless....)...It's the case of company worth in the industry...I would rate it a much closer lookout giving it's leading growth in this renewable energy sector...Another is sino-Env but it's still quite in the early stage unlike cenersave that is already building bio-mass plants and some ready for revenue/profit next year...Good management team with strong relationship in china...Not to underestimate tis team in vision.... |

Every thing now can buy at cheaper rate. BBs can also buy at cheaper rate w/o us knowing, then push up a little Before converting arrive. |

no doubt, share price may get adjusted so as B4 right issue capital = Aft right issue capital (logical)...However, the company is ready for next year bio-mass production and more of the plants expansion ahead. Revenue/profit is growing and the china gov. is also very supportive in the renewable energy sector too. This news is almost neutral and slight on the "+" side as the company may signal more acq. on the way...Anyway, several institute fund alrady had a hand in it and purchased at a much higher price...As in the similiar case as lottivision, timing may just be at the right moment.... |

$50 millions convertible loans to be coverted at a share price of 20cts too...to be more optimistic, share price could be push up b4 the XR...As mention, the funding is for company development expansion, believe it may have more acq. news on the way to target 20 bio-mass plants by 2010...All depends on mket sentiment too.... |

At 0.14ct x 5 is $700 + $110 = $830 :-: 7 = ave is less then 12 cent, that also depend on setiment on mkt trading volatility. |

Right issue up to 540,756,208 share at 0.055 cents. two (2) for every five (5) held, my tot tell me after right is over, share is diluted and maybe even cheaper to buy. |
