Despite to its pricing downturn, this counter is good for long term investment with a low PE. The target price from most of brokering firm btween 0.94 ~ 1.14. Good investment, unless market collape. |

It rose as investors speculate that it is a takeover target, said dealers. But OCBC analyst Carey Wong said this was unlikely. "We have heard of such talks, but we're not very convinced -- the company is sitting on high debt and though it has a positive cash flow, the firm does not fit as a takeover target," said Wong. The firm has net liabilities of $233.3 million, up from $184.6 million last year, according to its 2006 financial report. Wong has a "hold" rating and price target of $0.94 on the stock. |
