China has an ambitious plan to increase the numbers of urban residents as it seeks to restructure its economy away from credit and export growth to one where consumers provide the main impetus. The government will focus on projects ranging from underground sewage and household waste treatment to gas pipes and heating systems as well as public transport and power grid upgrades, to spur high quality urbanisation, the cabinet said on its website. "We will quicken building steps on projects under construction, actively push forward new projects and make preparations for follow-up projects," the cabinet said.

Although the general trend is upwards, no one would want to tell you what to do now that BB has started the engine to move HK. So if you keep to your time frame of 2 years, then you need to assess will HK price be higher than 6c now. You give the impression that the stock is too expensive now. If you're here for a mere two or three bid trading profits, you're better off elsewhere unless you have impeccable timing. Investment wise, even at current price, HK is trading at a discount to its NAV and that is unusual for water treatment companies
