Not so sure my learning is correct or not, by using Fibonacci line, measure from the low 0.33 (A) to high 0.64 (B) the retreat is 50% at 0.49 (C), by Fibonacci theory, rebound from 38% 50% or 62%, the extended target (D) could be 162% and if rebound from 79% the extended target is 127% . As far as Mermaid is concerned, that means it may rebound : 0.64 x 1.618 =1.03 (D, expected target) Fibonacci A,B,C and D curve Correct me if this calculation is wrong. Just for learning and discussion purpose, vested and taken profit and then re-entry again at 0.53 not induce a call for buy, hold or sell. |

I compared again the charts of mermaid and swiber ,their charts are about the same .In swiber 's chart ,the price had surged across the 10 day MA with high volume , at the same time ,the price pushed the Bollinger band to expand .This is the character of any stock going into another phase of the bull run after the minor correction .In swiber 's case ,all the long term indicators are showing bullish signs . Not only mermaid but also other oil and gas counters have the same pattern , sooner or later they might also start to move north . | ||

All the oil n gas stocks are moving up today because of SPC , if the volume of mermaid today is more than that of last Friday , the price will soon go up n will close up the gap at 56.5 cents . | ||

I have just compared the charts of EZION and MERMAID ,both have almost the similar business ,but with the good fundamental ,mermaid does not performance as good as ezion in term of share price .Ezion is now very over bought and its momentum is overstretched , therefore , mermaid is still in its early stage of the bull run ,it is the time to accumulate . | ||

Mermaid is on its up trend position , the first time it made new high at 42.5 cts ,then pulled back to 33.5 cts .The second time it broke new high at 49.5 cts ,then pulled back to 43 cts .The third time it broke another new high at 64 cts ,then pulled back to 47 cts .
