 Alert Admin 		Yes, quite zhun. Can you input construction revenue to better reflect the total revenue/cost. Then when there is BOT/TOT, can add on. I believe the target you set is realistic. Requires patience and perseverance to enjoy the fruits. HK's BBs are patient and will wait as they waited for a full two months before pushing, and synchronise all their PR work as they push. Hopefully BBs won't let pp give up again before pushing towards 1st target.

Of coz if the annual profits run ahead then I will adjust again especially for FY2014, I think I need to amend coz, I mentioned that I did not factor in project revenue and profits and for Fy14, HK is going to quadruple Fy2013 figures. Will send to you qtrly updates as and when there are things to update.

On your second point, i don't think 7.5% is more cost for HK...

I mentioned this before in CNA, and saying it again here... 7.5% is in fact a good deal for HK. They will probably be borrowing at around the same rate or at higher rate if they borrow within China...

Since you painted such a good picture from the positive side, let me say afew abt the negative side. To put the balance view 

1. No dividend to come for the next few years

2. MTN will incur more costs with 7.5 pct interest

3.   More operating costs since moved to Singapore

but then again..HK needs to rest and consolidate for the next push up to past 10cts...hopefully by end Oct. ..If   Q1Fy14 is good, then again another cheong to 20cts before we sing jingle bells....hope that HK meet my target of 20cts by end of this year..song song ahh. haha. And if Fy14 result is super good with excellent forward guidance to 2015 then hor say again lo. FYI, their operating WT capacity is only around 700+MT/day now of the contracted 1570MT/day...and then you have another 900MT/d coming from local government..top that with capacity of acquired plants they plan to buy and increase of Water tariffs over the next 2 to 3 yrs..their revenue will only swell coz they will have a lot of growth. The net profit from WT and projects will balloon   making you feel you can levitate of the ground.

Then comes phase II of Davids grand plan...moving to SG and further business expansions (setting up water trust?? possible M& As?? Intl projects or Myanmar?? allo allo can bor?). If he can execute both swee swee and in tandem by 2016, you and I will cry.
