0.82 seems too far away. I would rather wait for 0.62 (hopefully soon) & then make profit. Any other views / advise ? |

I also remember reading from somewhere analyst comment that Genting's share price should be about 47 cents if they win the Sentosa IR. Then 50 cents, and now 62 cents.... |

Hi just for your info, my opinion is that DBS always tend to be more conservative in his target price rating. If you learnt from the hard way, aft sometime you will just go ahead with your investment sense rather then following all the reports target... cuz aft all is all abt confict of interest from one to another. |

I mth ago or so, I saw a report in Strait Times - Money section, a small column, I think is OCBC investment report estimates, that if it did not get this project, worth only S$0.26, unless it is confirm get this project - which is now, the share easily worth target value of 0.82. Can any one comment ? Just now tuntan8888 mentioned that DBS's target analysis price is 0.62 in a much conservative estimated value. |

I think this counter had limited upside for the time being as - they need to spend $$ 1st (construction, licensing and etc) before the casino can generate income to break even (maybe after 3 years of casino operation) so their cashflow might be affected. Maybe they will consider raising funds through issuance of new units which might affect pricing too. - they are not the only casino in Singapore = competition. Might affect profitability. |
