Current earnings if maintained for rest of year will mean earning of about S$0.08 to 0.09 cents per share. and based on 16xPE, BIG warrants a share price of 1.28-1,44. But if BIG's earning guidance is to be believed, it can by year end  warrant a price of 1.58 per share assuming a 16PE, . But guidance excludes CE approval of BioFreedom which BIG say will come before march 2013, but i think will come around the time of TCT 2012 which is October, When that happens can expect price to go up to 1,58 or even 1,68 aqain, Coming month  BIG's share price after initial swing back and forth can expect it to trade between current 1.2 to 1,40.
