Had check with a lawyer friend regarding this complicated law suit, he thinks most likely this will be made a precedent case and thus YN will stand a high chance of 100% wining. How can banks have their rights that when you buy over an asset, if the original owner has a profit share portion of this asset and haven't collected, and the bank will book this under their asset and chase for the profit that carry over for their purchase transaction. On the other hand, if they purchase this particular asset and its origin has a debt of S$XXX, ( just like YN case), then banks claim this is not my bad debt, I am not responsible. So they are the Ah Long that with license, only want the good news and ignore the bad news. The world or the globe is round one. Hopefully, YN will win, they deserved to win. How can you built a building and the developer collapsed or went to chapter11 and the bank take all the profit and no need to pay the contractor or put in another word : How can a bank after buying another bank and then don't honour all the contract of the orign bank had signed and claim all the document is just verbal and no paper documented. Then the other case when the bank buy another bank or so call merging, then it found that there is a contract of outstanding loan of a client haven't recovered, they sue all the way to gain the profit. This is waht hokkien call "Chao car" or act blurr. Good Luck to YN. The share will go up. Take care all investor !!! |

CIMB Report: Yongnam Holdings (S$0.53) - Court decision soon; fundamentals going strong Yongnam?s Springleaf Tower court case will come to an end with a court ruling on 11 Jul 07. The impact could be either neutral in the worst case or positive in the best case. In a favourable outcome, there could be a one-off boost to net profit of up to S$18m for FY07. Also, Yongnam?s bright prospects are supported by Singapore?s GDP growth momentum 2Q07 growth released today shows the construction industry expanding by an estimated 17.9% yoy, the fastest pace since 1Q98). Our target price of S$0.61 remains set at 20.0x CY08 earnings. Valuations are still reasonable against a projected 74.4% FY06-09 earnings CAGR for Yongnam. Maintain Outperform. |

looks like retracement to sub 50 cts levels is negated as T+5 from june 28th volume of 155 million is well over; will now have to enter at current levels (me have no addition positions taken at current lvls yet); would consider entering tommorrow as i believe that wednesday, thursday should see some surge, judging by the last two day's performance and may pick up instead of the ususal contra play as july/august is fast approaching for some IR tender awards; (have some vested positions from lower levels) |

Hi, jerrymaquire, have not received the mail. Can you resend? It?s ?underscore? vin. Thank you for sharing Advance SCT and smbu. Currently Advance SCT shows an Evening Doji Star near the Upper Bollinger Band, will wait before entering. As for smbu will plan to enter per your suggestion?.hopefully it?s a double bottom. |

sure , i emailed you already ... pls check .. seems i should charge some money from him as i introduced few clients for him .. .haha.. fyi, he also recommend me to buy advance sct and smbu. so you may have a look on it. for advance sct, i loaded at 1.07, quite a save entry. for SMBU, you there is no action, i believe you can try to que at 0.42 - 0.43. if it suddenly shot up , then you may have to take some risk to follow the big buyers. just my opinion, decision on you. |
