In most market when it reaches the bottom, it will spring up. However, whenever there is a drop in sgx market, the prices seldom spring up. It moves like a tortoise in this case. So when selling is due, sell and never buy until the price hits rock rock bottom. Always short, that's what I do, and am still short in many counters, mid caps, blue chips and penny stocks. The BBs helped me by their pushing down stocks. | ||||

One thing to note is that in 2011 q1, Genting started IR ahead of Sands and therefore last year 1Q is much better. Anyway, result is below expectation, we will see selling down tomorrow. But what if the lowest happened in the opening and reover some losses toward the end of the day? Shorting will also be killed together in this way. |

nop wide consensus was 375 but consensus from top forecasters was 350. From bbg terminal. But can be found on google too. So 376 is not bad. |

Where did you get that consensus? Expectations are EBITDA for genting is always above S$400 million.

Not bad. EBITDA = 374M SGD, higher than consensus of 350M. Depreciations are higher that's good less taxes to pay. But management says they are cautious for 2012 so it should be flat tomorrow. Unless US markets fall again tonight because of Greece... |
