Coal price is expected to trend upward as demand for coal remains strong. Beneficiary of strengthening coal price would be Straits Asia Resources. SAR’s FY09 earnings will remain strong, with promising FY10. Its expansion plan to boost production by enhancing its infrastructure capacity is also on track. Maintain BUY, TP: S$ 2.26.

It is not surprising that SAR will lose steam, stocks like ausgrp has also fallen today...dun lose hope yet. Might jz be a bear trap. As quoted by others, with the increase in oil px, more will turn to coal as an alternative. =) | ||

Sigh, the instant I buy at 1.80 yesterday, never see the price goes above that anymore. keeps dropping….seems like losing “power” already. This fellow is sliding down fast !wonder whether to cut losses…..tomorrow could be worse ? |
