x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If Capitaland can't sell the new Bishan condo at $1,500 psf, they will incur huge losses since they bought the land at close to $900 psf.  The local property market was quite resilient during the Lehman crisis.  In fact the property price has been increasing so this crisis will probably slow the increase rather than cause property prices to plummet with the stock.  Capitaland may be a good catch once it reaches $2.

The units has no space for laundry and washing machine and is simply not livable by local standards.  It is only targetted at silly investors who cannot be bothered with the poor living space.
