In case the price "cheong" after the report is out or contract announcement, which very likely the case, you will not be sooo heartache. For me, I will not let go until the contract announcements are out. Potential to earn another $0.10 per share.

Goldman Sachs analyst Yoke Fong Chee said in a note on Friday that the stock was fairly valued at current price levels, but the share price strength was likely to continue over the next few months on buoyant sector demand and expected contract wins.

We are incorporating an extraordinary gain of S$11m from the write-back of the property for FY07. However, as the property has not been sold, we have excluded additional potential extraordinary gains of up to S$7m in our new forecasts. We are raising our FY07 earnings forecast by 53% to S$27.0m. Our S$0.61 price target, still set at 20.0x CY08 P/E, is under review as there may be positive surprises coming from contracts relating to integrated resorts in Singapore as well as the Middle East. Maintain Outperform.
