Most importantly, the company cash flow is sufficient to meeting ongoing ops. Prepare your funds to buy on knee-jerk lows tomororw, if any.

Unlike Brian and Tracy Chang's investment, two substantial shareholders , one Group MD and the other COO from Tai Sin Electric - both are also substantial holders of Tai Sin Electric. Strategically, it is positive as there will be synergy between Wires/Cables and Power plants businesses. It also means that Asiatic is positioning itself for expansion. After the rights issue, the Lim's is 2nd largest shareholders.
