can be a lot of reasons. 1) Past IPO price, ppl getting worried that there wont be any support to push it higher 2) Profit taking, those whu enter tt trade when tt counter is in tt low range of 1.50-1.60 will be selling to take tt profit. 3) MACD cross-over Well, i am holding on to c how low it will drop. Wanted to sell at 2.21, but failed to get throu. So was waiting to c how it will end up. Today breakeven. Maybe a sign support is returning? since i thout tt fall will go below $2 but it didnt. not too sure but will c which direction it will go nxt week. Juz a noob here. Personal view. |

Sold 50% portfolio at $1.91 and much regretted and holding rest until break new historic high maybe $2.70? Looking for repeat of GLP in this counter. What about Yanlord? Any opinion?

This cooling measure may affect capitaland. Not directly hit cma, but indirectly do. But once a while cma doesn't follow its big sis capitaland's trend. How do u think? Anyone still vested cma?

Correct me if im wrong.
Today initially capita families look goods. But it started to drop since noon. (While maybe others share also dropping) is there bcox of some people trying to ride on to short it down further too? At the end it still couldn't cross 2.15, i thought it may go up in late noon. But no. Any further advices?

At early stage after IPO GLP traded above offer price then drifted below offer price stayed there for some time then shot up to $2.70 no one expected.
CMA traded same pattern at early stage and will it also follow GLP? Today is last trading day for the week and there is profit taking but CMA staying steady.

Yes I think so too and the price movements of Capitaland ,CapitalMall Trust and CapitalMall Asia all have a rotational pattern that is independent of general market movements and market sentiments. Rotational pattern evidenced in the price movements and volume done recently. Under the new CEO there maybe a group restructuring in order to show results. CapitallMall Asia and CapitalMall Trusts prices are almost at the same level, and I believe that CapitallMall Asia price will surpass its IPO price very soon after the current price pullback. There is also a buy call on Capitaland counter. In the past I would sell when there is a buy call especially after prices have moved up significantly which is this case! But this case I still want to remain invested. I just wonder what is the group restructuring going to be. Under previous CEO alot of values were unlocked through IPOs of CapitalMall Trusts and CapitalMall Asia. The fastest way for the new CEO to show results is to improve productivity done indirectly by cutting costs. What are the other options new CEO will take under challenging times when property prices are at its peaked? This leaves one to ponder. Interesting to watch any short sellers dare to short! There must be some isolated few who are true contrarians and other isolators who are fakes!!! LOL

Simply because it rose too much last week. Today, it will end red, may be around 2.07, then start climb up again. | ||||

Up 8 cents today and next target should be IPO price $2.12. As those who bought at IPO price may have taken profit when the counter was trading more than 10% above IPO price right after it was listed, then breaching IPO price should be no problem. Today both Capitaland and CMA are both up with high volumes but CMT is not. Strange ! Any correlation or just coincidence. |
