No lah ! What CIMB or CMIB, read this from Thomson Reuters


SINGAPORE, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Shares of Singapore-listed  fabric maker China Taisan Technology  CTTG.SI  rose as much as  8 percent on Wednesday after CIMB Research said the firm's  full-year earnings is likely to exceed the broker's forecast,  traders said.  

At 0145 GMT, China Taisan shares were 5.4 percent higher  at S$0.195 with over 19 million shares changing hands.  

CIMB Research said as China Taisan's fourth quarter is  typically its strongest, its 2010 net profit could be higher  than 231 million yuan ($35 million), compared with 106.7  million yuan a year ago.  

The brokerage also raised its target price for China  Taisan to S$0.35 from S$0.30 and kept its " buy"  rating.  ($1 = 6.619 Chinese Renminbi)

Ya I know I think this shouldn't be the problem because his bro is not overseeing financial and account.

If sales and marketing don't perform good the 4th Q result won't be so good.

Hope thing can be end one day although I still see some room to drop.

1st - The recent S-chip scandal create by both Hongxing and hongwei r from textile sector.

2nd - Executive Director just resigned, why?

3rd - Dividend low because of expansion plan which  targeted for completion in 2012 so now still early to hold?

4th - Japan hammer all stock in the world now.

5th - FA keep improving, TA keep drowning. Sometime is not about FA and TA anymore. It about value and trust, taisan management need to do something to increase V/T.

6th - Someone can fill in if i wrong or miss something, this all just my own view :)

usually more than 1.5K so who is taking up the shares?

China Taisan Technology Group Holdings Ltd  announced that the company is to propose a final dividend of 2.27 RMB cents per ordinary share (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ended 31 December 2010, subject to approval by shareholders of the company at the forthcoming annual general meeting. The company’s scrip dividend scheme earlier announced on 8 April 2010 will be applicable to the final dividend.

Dividend  declared (pending AGM approval)  at RMB 2.27 cents. That's roughly Sg 0.44 cents  or about 2.9% from last closing price. Not bad lah.

Price really cheap. Agree with you about how not to buy. But may have to wait for a few weeks before see daylight. Radioactive clouds blurring valuation right now.

Welcome onboard, I cannot don't buy, my IPO period buy 50 lots at S$0.23, thus, I always discourage others to get caught in this counter. Thus I just buy in to average. I real hope this is at its lowest liao. Now is below the IPO of S$0.24 !!!
