Resistance os 1.21 is broken. MACD is above the signal line and both are above centreline - bullish sign. Volume is high on the up surge. Another sign - MACD histogram and MACD is showing bullish divergence. CMF is showing sign of spiking up. Good luck! |

Lately, there have been few report on C energy...one of the broking house recommended outperform with tp of 1.75. Worth to go in? Seem quiet today as volume is below daily 10 mil... Care to comment..thanks. |

China Energy is on the uptrend, it reach a high of 1.18 this morning. http://www.remisiers.org/research//ChinaEnergy-220307[cimb].pdf Quotes: CIMB-GK Research said it has initiated coverage of China Energy Ltd, a producer dimethyl ether (DME), an environmentally friendly fuel, with an "outperform" rating and a target price of 1.75 sgd per share. China Energy is benefiting from the surging demand in DME fuel, which is is gaining popularity as an alternative to diesel and liquefied petroleum gas because of the worsening environmental problems in China; high oil prices; and the Chinese government's intention to reduce the country's reliance on oil imports. "China Energy's main trump card is its patented methanol-to-DME technology, which has enabled it to produce DME at milder conditions and lower costs than other conventional technologies. This has allowed China Energy to scale up faster than its peers," CIMB-GK said in a note to clients. CIMB-GK said it expects China Energy's net profit to rise from 191.5 mln yuan last year to 392.2 mln this year, and further to 776.6 mln next year and to 1.41 bln in 2009. "We believe China Energy could benefit from China's rising urbanization, which is expected to raise the demand for household and transportation fuel," it said. |

"We like China Energy for its strong growth prospects, healthy balance sheet and position as the largest DME -- an environmentally-friendly fuel -- producer in China and one of the largest in the world," CIMB analyst Kerryn Tay said in a client note. |
