As long as there's no failed announcements, its still safe to enter(at your own risk). For those who have weak hearts can always unload off before Friday.   I'm not asking anyone to buy. Perhaps the guy who said about the T+3 issue today is right. People might not want to hold Contel over the weekend and would prefer taking up on Monday.
