Posted Aug 8, Bargaining hunting time, don't expect ppl's to buy into it just yet, losses is too great for players as they will always be selling into strength and some shorting done as well as to cover it back...the drop seen steep..from $5.10 to $4.86, guess it testing time $4.68...?, just sharing my tot and now trading at.....to a low of $4.48ct.

 Alert Admin 		I wun rush in to buy now, I am in CASH right now. I am anticipating STI to go below 2,600 before making a u-turn. Yes, I am like you, looking at only the blues. It's the blue that will cheong before the 2nd and 3rd liners follows behind. Right now, no hurry, just window shopping! Good buy @1.70 for Capitaland. But you could have made more if let go @9.00...hehehe, nobody can read the mkt! Cheers!

But i thing i am not sure is that stock will get even cheaper if recession drag on. So i think it is safew to buy in trenches and take our time. Maybe right now it is still early. 

But the S&P look quite bullish..i think there might be a short rally before it go to a long bear.

Better think twice before plunging in. I first looked at Capitaland a few yesr back was $2.30 and it went all the way up to $9.00. If apply Fibonacci retracement, it will be $4.00-$4.20. If add on mkt sentiment lately, it MIGHT retrace back to $3.50. Good luck folks, trace cautiously.

One simple rule is use MA crossover or Macd.  Buy in parts. At least there is a method to follow. If wrong, no regret, because we follow our method and buying in parts.

According to MA and MACD, this can wait. Maybe a few more days and then decide.

The market is so fragile. Any news whether good or bad will be greeted with a sell down.
CapitaLand announced today that its stake in Australand now at 64.9%.

On profit taking after again hitting +$5/-.......

teeth53 tot: Local property prices can still drop, given those (demand) are not around to pick up just yet, alot will take part to risk buying into it while some will take profit d moment when price move up which is enuff to make them richer by a few thousand $$$. The trick is when demand is low...buy, then sell for whatever price may have move up when demand is high. Profit this day may not be great. Pls note Nov07 slide & now.....
