Bulls can only hibernate and come out once a while and then retreat into obscurity.  But in the market there will be some stocks that are always bullish and some always bearish. Genting Sp will become a non retreating bull soon.  .

Averaging is only recommended if you have already prepared for it, that means put aside the relevant funds for this action (averaging).  So when the market recovers a bit, you can get out without too much losses and maybe a bit of profits.  Those who are not familiar or not financially strong should not think of averaging down.  Just wait out for the next round for prices to come back though it usually takes a long time.
