For  whatever that it appears swee swee in all their books or growth or earnings, you never  know what is  really going on behind the scenes.  My experience with a few china companies  listed  here  gives me the impression that  they are vague, elusive and messy. Questions  do not get answered and sometimes  dont seem to see any proper planning or organisation or execution. Shall not pinpoint which companies are guilty. If you have personal experience with local companies, you realise that they are on the ball most of the time. It is more about the audacity of management to request for such a substantial increase in registered share capital. We already have almost 5 billion issues shares. Adding another 9 billion just doesn't cut it. The transfer of 140 million shares by total summit which made this entity cease to be a substantial shareholder still hasn't been resolved. We have yet to receive an explanation from the company regarding this married deal.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I would not take the increase of authorized share capital as a totally negative thing beside, why so much?  If we look back, before the shut down, before the run up to 7c, we know HK is going to expand, and there have been quite a few communication shared by Mr.   Chen. The missing point we have are, what is his plan, why so much, why move to SG, how to increase the capital. A lot of questions, but potential of HK still remains. I think we all have to attend the SGM :o

x 3   x 0  Alert Admin	I rather stay on the sideline than risk being labelled as sour grape if I contribute to this forum with my personal opinion because I exited Hankore before the peak. I reiterated that we have to conquer Greed and Fear and be decisive to act on assessment with a strong emphasis on risk management not KS. However, I do look back to reflect but will not want to regret my action. So, only sharing my thoughts when I'm asked. Always good to keep a balanced mind and stay open to any useful info,!feedback and aware of big picture in anything we do, share investing or otherwise. There is some dark cloud around and hopefully some strong wind will blow them away soon. Asia suffered from liquidity crunch during the 1997 financial crisis which occurred in less than 2 years from a similar govt shutdown in US in 1995. I'm not well connected or informed if there is any correlation but guess like many 'experts' today, I too thought unlikely for history to repeat itself this round. Do pay attention to the SGX query on Blumont on how they can justify their share capital shooting up from $508m to more than $6b in such short time in case they dig out something not helpful.

Seems that it has already attracted quite a fair bit of interest lately even before hitting 10c but I doubt the major funds are involved yet. That explains why the stock has not been rated. My discomfort is temporary due to the surprisingly strong run up in a very short period. I'll like to see some form of consolidation for a firmer foundation at current price of about 7.2c or possibly as low as 6.2c where I expect that the 20D MA and 50D MA will likely offer support as both continue to trend upwards. Bollinger Bands should see some convergence in the short term. For most part of 2010, Hankore traded largely within 8c-10c. I suppose it will not be easy to break out and stay firmly above 8c soon. For those who successfully traded within the range of 7.2c-8.1c, well done but be prepared to pick up and hold should you be caught off guard.

So, perhaps they will compromise only when there are some major impact resulting from the impasse that the business community suffers. The easiest target is Wall Street.

UtdEnv's sterling performance is partly the result of investors interest and limited listed stock available for their picking. As compared to SIIC Env, Hankore has a stronger flavor of a 'come back kid' story plus announced 3rd parties interest. Organic growth will not push a stock price fast. For now, Hankore has more potential for capital gain as compared to SIIC Env for those who missed UtdEnv. Its momentum will accelerate once it crosses 10c mark as the resistance is very low all the way to at least 16c. In the mentime, it will have to clear 5.5c, 6c and 7.2c. Think you can still rem this, hee hee Lets hope that hankore can shoot all the way to 10 cents, and pass further. Plus  SIIC has already done that, hit the mark of pivotal pt 10 cents, (since March 2010 never touch 10 cents b4). It does looks like SIIC stands a better chance to follow suit of utd env 1st. Whats your take, bro?
