In event mr N is  not successful , the big successful bidders will still need these small boys to help them lay the infrastrucutres. Singapore very own Next Generation National Broadband Network cost around $2b. can you imagine for such a freaking big country, you shd add one more zero.!!! not withstanding the 3G infrastructure. Head or tails, mr N will win. It is only how much pie it will get!!!!! Outstanding order book as at 30 June of  around $27 million + revenue reported as at 30 June of $14 million, their full year  revenue should be between  $30 million to $40 million, standard GP of around 25 to 27%, with expenses of around $5 million to $7 million (Historical, may be slightly higher with higher revenue). Assuming some exchange gain,  The Profit before Tax should be around $3 to $5 million. PE of 15, price should be around 13 cents best case.
