Hi blueprintmedia00,

A picture tells a thousand words.

Learn to use a chart editing software (I use UOBKH free Interactive chart, ChartNexus) n post the chart into the forum.

(one of our forumer had shared how to post charts into the forum, do a search "tinypic.com" ).

Below is my chart analysis, but I maybe right or wrong, so dyodd.

Based on the last few days of last week, my conclusion is that the market is still testing this counter. On 23rd, the market ends with an indecision candlestick between bulls and bears. On 24th & 26th, the candlesticks (not a strong candlestick) end with potential reversal upward or potential price change. But it is not a buy signal. However, on 25^th the candlestick looks neutral or a bit optimistic only.

Also, other indicator like MACD has not really show any strong buy signals yet.

not possible for the company to do this as the volumes done were so huge when trading between 8 cts to 10 cents...furthermoe, it has to be declared ..

I would say the company is smart to issue advance notice to reduce debts via the Equity Line of Credit when the price is good...so it is always in the company interest to grow the company to increase shareholders' value...so that it is a win=win for all in long term..

wonder if the recent surge was purposely done so that they can offer a better rate for the repayment. if that's true, this stock may have difficulty reaching up again. graph also showing low trend with no support....Many companies nowadays use the same trick....jack up the price suddenly then give so call discounts for new rights, repayment, new issues.....

Description

The Board of Directors of United Fiber System Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 18 June 2009 issued an Advance Notice for S$900,000 to YA Global Investment, LP (“YA Global”), pursuant to the Amended and Restated S$165 million Equity Line of Credit Facility dated 2 August 2005 (the “Advance”) as partial repayment of the US$12,000,000 Series A Equity Line Backed Loan Note.

The shares delivered will comprise 0.38% of the Company’s enlarged issued and paid-up share capital after the issue of 10,447,687 new shares to YA Global. Following the 3-day pricing periods, the exercise prices for the Advance have been determined to be $0.0869 for 5,178,366 shares and $0.0854 for 5,269,321 shares, which are not lower than 94% of the volume weighted average prices of the Company’s shares traded on 8 June 2009 and 11 June 2009, respectively.

Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has an interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.

mayb today can get it at .055cents..22mil qu to sell at .065cents...then the next buy price is .045cents...double the amount if go below .045cents......buy all the way down... n sell all the way up....it is the strategy for the tis stock..make sure u have holding power...good luck to me..ha!

Yup agreed , with the 1.5 billion orders coming , the business should be bad and seeing the potential to go $ 0.115 before , now trading at .06. If you have the $ to hold , ( not contra) , you can beneift from these stock. the record high for this stock is $1.15 but sadly now they are losing money so that is why hit so badly . Recomend buy like 50 lots for speculation purposes. Dont dump like 100k or 50 k , cos you may win big or lose big cos now this coy is not really that strong based on the annual report.

But I personally vest already .. haha

if u still want to gamble..this is the counter u need to watch out now..down more than 50% since high..last round make more than 5k from tis counter...and other half cent down..5.5cents will start buying....no interest in midas bec. it belong to CHEW family..u know..chew..chew...they will chew yr $..haha

I think so looking at the speculative volume...and if the macro conditions improve further, risk of holding at this price is relatively low..
