Yeah, given the unusual halt period, then such accouncement, is the company having trouble to repay debt? Why when China creditor demand for due payment of US$22 million, only US$1 million able to pay out? What's wrong? Any expert pls advice. Tks |

Has Falcon Capital deal to take 53% of unifibre shares confirm or looking good? My view is that such company with these debt issue a attractive company for pumping in these much of money? Or otherwise it is such a company with these cheap share price that Falcon want to venture into their kind of business as their cheapest platform!! Undervalued at these price could be only reason even with all their existing debt, though it is my personal view. |

Unifiber will only stabilize and bottom out slowly and surely after price reaching < Sgd. 0.03. (short term to mid term down trend). CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Announces Proposed Acquisition And Proposed Subscription Tuesday, 18 May 2010 05:27am EDT United Fiber Systems Ltd. announced that on May 14, 2010 it has entered into a binding term sheet (the Term Sheet) with Masba Holdings Inc. (the Vendor) and Falcon Capital Global Holding Limited (the Investor) in relation to: the proposed acquisition for USD65,000,000 (approximately SGD89,700,000) by the Company of PT. Kutai Chipmill (Kutai), through the acquisition from the Vendor of all the shares in Pacific Global Holding Ltd (PGHL) and Pacific Capital Holding Ltd (PCHL and together with PGHL, the Targets) (the Proposed Acquisition); and the proposed investment of SGD178,000,000 in cash by the Investor in the Company by way of subscription or procuring the subscription by its nominee, of issued and paid up ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares), representing approximately 53% of the enlarged total number of Shares (the Proposed Subscription). - - - - - (repeated) |

This deal involves 3 parties --- so longer preparation. Buy Kutai chipmill is conditional for Falcon Group to acquire the majority stake. If Kutai Chipmill is not acquired by Unifiber, the deal cannot proceed.

If it is true, it is a good news! Today is the third day liao, so they will announce them this evening .......it is on a going mode. Tomorrow will be gone into a suspension mode if there is no lifting of halt issue.
