CRCT is in the news again due to Capitaland and China Yuan appreciation. cap land wil oso appreciate due to rising yuan and due to some 25 shopping malls around china (land/properties appreciation plus near CNY time, cap land is buying up more shares in CRCT. |

Keep oni ur ipo $1.13c n hope U let go the rest liao at this time (since U mentioned above $3/-, Let say U keep the other two lots, guess ur ave will be in the region of about less then $1.70c, still if it ever hit higher then $3.40 range, tink tink can let go even ur ipo 1lot, then again U don have a chance to buy back at 1.70c, may be 2.70c. jus my tot. |

Hi Jessie, This is Reit/Trust got feeling by mid to long term, down the road a 1 for 1, err.. maybe 1 for 2 or maybe any one is holding as vested may or can get some unit trust offer in the pipeline to off set, say eg: $3/- become $1.50c or $4/- become $2/- so unit px may look attractive again. Hold if U don't need those 1 lot ipo monies. Just my tot. J |

me too, sold part of my holdings at $2.70 liao (sigh.....sob.... joking lah). Never expect it to shoot to $2.98 ! What new news huh ? Or its the big boy at play ? If tomorrow again shoot up past $3.00, I will probably sell my balance holding. Will buy back during correction. |
