Thanks alot for your kind advice. Yes, I used to be a WB-like investor but no longer so since the subprime issue exploded on the scene last Aug 2007. My portofolio is 90% blue chips, STI-indexed stocks but I am developing a handle on when to enter/exit the market better. Afterall the prices of these blue chips can and do correct severely. I've learnt to let them go during a correction and re-enter at a later point in time. I'm still practising the ropes. I'm no prof but juz a housewife.

Anyway, all the 650m of Sky11 will eventually be realised over time and mgmt already mentioned that there's a slight delay in the project's construction but it will be resolved.

Anyway, Kim Eng had maintained a target price of $6.18 for the elephant, aren't they too bullish? To be fair, I would deduct $1- off their TP....Cheers!
