You have now  the guaranty to get at least 1.9 in cash.  Maybe PTT  overpays Sakari but anyway now that they made this offer this should not go lower 1.90 SGD.  It  should be a very strong floor until the end of the offer. The only reason why people would not accept the offer would be if they think Sakari is worth more than 1.9 SGD and in this case this should go higer than 1.9 SGD. I am not sayting this is likely but this is definitely more likely than the stock going lower than 1.9 SGD as there is no rational at the moment for Sakari to go lower than 1.9. genting^2      ( Date: 27-Aug-2012 12:34) Posted: Well it is just my prediction. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Why would it drop below 1.9 when you have a guaranty to get at least 1.9??? This could drop below if the offer was not 100% cash and with quity. Here 1.9 SGD is the floor and it can only go higer (if some speculate a higer offer will come up). x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I actually don't think this can go much higher than 1.9 as this is 100% cash offer + PTT already owes 45% so it will make it actually tough for another player to enter in the game with only 55% floating stocks. But let's see 1.9  is definitely cheap, hopefully some key stockholders will ask for more than that...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This is not the first time PPT attempts to buy over Sakari. They have tried unsuccessfully previously when the previous CEO fought for a higher price in 2009. They want Sakari all for themselves, must have seen better value in the company. then they bought over the Aussie 's shareholding   in 2010 or 2011(cannot remember the exact) for $2.80 (or near there) a share. Now they are just offering $1.90 to minority shareholders!
