Yes, unless the market sentiment is bullish. But it do not looks like going to be happening soon. DJ future is below water now. Or YN can do a share buyback to push the price back to $0.40, which is also unlikely. |

I think the rights issue is affecting the share price. The price should be trending toward the rights offer price. |

In current market sentiment, I think what they say is not going to push the price any significantly higher. |

Yongnam said the contracts are expected to have a 'favourable material impact' on its earnings for the financial year ending Dec '07. At Marina Bay, Yongnam will supply, fabricate and erect structural steelwork for the IR's hotel tower, which is expected to be completed by 2H09. It will also fabricate and deliver columns for the IR's north podium by 1Q08. The IR is expected to be completed by '09. For the F1 project, Yongnam will supply, fabricate and erect structural steelwork for a 3-storey recreation and commercial complex at Republic Boulevard. The F1 race is scheduled to be held around the Marina Bay area on Sep 28 '08. |

Thanks for explaining. Wow, snail mail, I wonder if many people would exercise their warrants. By the time the warrants is exercised, the share prices might already be shifted, worse if downwards. Next question: How long does it take to get the shares once you exercise the warrant? Do we need to pay immediately or is it T+3 for payment? |

I'm sori cos it's the 1st time I got shares with warrants and I have missed attending the how to trade warrants basic seminar at sgx. Just to clarify, we can trade warrants against the warrants price right? then isn't the profit margin very low??? Kindly advise and thanks for your valuable time. |

Question: How do you exercise the warrant? Do you go to the ATM to do press some buttons or something? Can you exercise it before the expiry date? |

Sorry. Its 3 warrant shares for every 10 ordinary shares. You can trade warrant in open market just like shares. But if by book closure and you do not hold the warrant, then you do not have the right to subscribe to the mothershare. "The board of Directors (the ?Board?) of Yongnam Holdings Limited (the ?Company?) wishes to announce a proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue by the Company (the ?Rights Issue?) of up to 366,574,743 warrants (?Warrants?) at an issue price of S$0.03 (?Issue Price?) for each Warrant, each Warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the capital of the Company ("New Share") at an exercise price of S$0.25 for each New Share (the "Exercise Price"), on the basis of three (3) Warrants for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (?Shares?) held as at a books closure date to be determined by the Directors (the ?Books Closure Date?), fractional entitlements to be disregarded." |

Tks Pinnacle. BTW, is 3 warrants shares equivalent to 3000 shares or 3 lots? N if we decided to sell off do we sell against the warrants price? Tks alot for taking time to help me in my queries. |

I think you need to have 10 lots to enable you to subscribe the 3 warrants shares. If you did not sold off the warrant shares when it expire, you will have the rights to subscribe the mother share at $0.25 each. |
