Best World share price had corrected from a recent high of 74 cents to 54 cents. That is a good 27% drop. Fundamentals of the company had not change over the last few weeks. The only thing that had changed is the market sentiments. I see the current share price as a good entry point for mid term investors wanting good return for their investment. There are many encouraging developments lately that can help the company to continue the high growth rate that they enjoyed over the last 3 years. 1. US$ had weaken and that will help to improve Best World's profit margin. 2. Application of RHQ status will result in significant tax saving. 3. Good respond to the new product launched. The negative ionizer is selling like hot cake. 4. Surprise strong growth in SGP. 5. 2nd RC open in JB recently to support the ever increase in memberships in Malaysia. 6. The HK RC will be open in June. HK growth may be another surprises for FY06. 7. Taiwan operation started in April. Taiwan RC will be open end of 06. 8. China Direct selling Licence at 2nd half of 06 will be a bonus. 9. Membership is expected to break 100,000 by end FY06. EPS forecast for 06 is around 7.4c. Currently Best World is only traded at around a PE of 7.4! By all measures, Best World is cheap at current price. I do expect fund managers to continue loading up Best World's shares at current depressed shared price. Downside very limited and first result will be out next month. Going by history, share price usually move up when it get nearer to the result announcement period. |

He definitely deserves credit. My next entry price will be 64c. My friend advised me to park my money with BW as it had not run recently and will mostly not affected by the coming correction. Target $1.2 in 2 years!! So I'll just buy buy buy as far as the price is below 64c. Should be rewarded handsomely... |

Best World open 2nd Regional Centre in Malaysia!!! BW expect business in Malaysia to continue to grow strongly for the rest of FY2006. Membership grow by 11% in first quarter! Connfirm, Ionizor selling like hot cakes! I forecast if the membership growth can maintain at say 10% for the next 3Q, membership will hit 100,000 by end of FY2006. With 100,000 members, I expect analyst to upgrade BW to another level. Perhaps a PE of 14 will be reasonable by then. Assuming profit growth to be 40% (similar to membership growth!!) then BW should worth $1 by end of FY06! By then we should be looking at FY07 earning!! Assuming a profit growth of 30% for FY07, then BW FV for 07 should be $1.30!! I'll definitely hold on to this gem!! |

Hi bullrun, no I am not vested in this. I don't really buy into penny stocks. From the TA indicators, RSI is rising. I think its still uptrending. |
