For better understanding, i suggests that you read this announcement made by the company yesterday.     PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF 37,000,000 NEW SHARES TO THE PLACEES (DEFINED  BELOW) The board of directors (the “Directors”) of CNA Group Ltd. (the " Company" ) refers to the  announcement of the Company dated 25 April 2013 (the “First Announcement”) in relation to the  Placement Agreement and the Placement Shares. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this  announcement herein, shall in their context, have the meaning ascribed to them in the First  Announcement. In relation to the Securities Lending Agreements entered into between: (a) Siew Chak Hung  (“Siew”) and the respective borrowers thereunder and (b) Michael Ong Liang Huat (“Michael  Ong”) and the respective borrowers thereunder, applications have been made to effect the share  transfers in connection therewith. The directors will be making compliance announcements to  reflect the changes in their shareholding following such share transfers as and when appropriate. It is expected that following the return of the borrowed shares by the borrowers under the  Securities Lending Agreements, Michael Ong and Siew will continue to hold 9,057,800 and  6,000,000 Shares in the capital of the Company respectively. The reason why i said that this is a lowly trade volume stock is that it took only 11.1M shares for the price to be pumped to a high of 0.153c from a low of 0.88c last thursday and 35.1M shares for the price to shoot up to 0.187 from a low of 0.154 last friday. It only took a total of 46.2M shares for the price to be pump from 0.88c to 0.187c. As compared to other high volumes pennies,  isn't  this a low volume traded stock?  Greatman      ( Date: 03-May-2013 14:54) Posted: today its the second highest volume... Most longs had already exited during the selldown from 22c to 13.1c.
