The interest by the 3rd party is a distraction... with the invisible hand controlling the price - this is not sitting pretty.

Managers of private funds will also be eligible, provided they have at least 10 million yuan in paid-in capital and have managed a minimum of 3 billion yuan in any of the past three years. Earlier this month, China simplified rules for the sale of mutual funds, allowing fund houses to seek regulatory approval for any number of products they wish to sell at any time with the regulator responding within 20 days. China previously limited the number of approvals given each year to new funds, with the regulator taking more than 20 days to decide whether or not to approve. Bloomberg

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SSE's upswing continues with 36+ points up today. China markets will continue to rise and that means China counters will have a bull run if this upswing continues. More reason for HK to go past 6cts by CNY even without BOA ML valuation.   Based on 2012 earnings of RMB $.0.02...HK should be trading by now, at between 9 to 10cts if following ave industry averages. Will BOA ML value HK lower than this? I dont think so considering future outlook of HK and Chinese economy/mkts. First stop 6cts..by CNY then 8-10cts then boom town in the next 2-8 qtrs. Huat argh.

Which shortist/longist would really have thought that it would go 3 cents first and then 4.5 cents now?   But I am prepared to stake a big claim that Hankore with improved performance every quarter will add 1 to 3 cents to its share price, so one year probably 8 to 12 cents. Long term is good if they continue to have good business. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	David chen and guys had invested 2 to 3 yrs of hard work...they wont let go for peanuts when  1. company has been revived from the dead (near bankruptcy) 2. turning from red to black over the last few qtrs. 3. run down plants to award winning plants. 4. increase daily water treatment capacity to now near 1.5tons/day 5. in acquisition mode to grow the company stronger.   For now.. it is just unfortunate and depressing that the px is so low.. the reason is that HK is a China company and investors are shying away from such stocks. PX is likely to increase from here in the short term..by how much no one can tell.. but we are sure of two things1. that the valuation of BOA ML will cause a gap up. 2. a further increase is expected once 3rd party's offer is made known. a third could be a surprise if 3rd party is a recognized reputable international company/investor that wants to take HK further then HK will fly like a phoenix.  In the long term breaking through their highest px (over $1.50+) is a possibility if all the rights things fall into their rights places and timing. When the right ingredients mix nicely with a potential China economic growth and market rally from 2013... there is only one word for it... HUAT arh.
