As the EGM nears...not easy to get at 48cts ..notic ep price creeping up slowly from 45.5..46..46.5...47...47.5...48-48.5..grab yr chance now as another dividend on the way besides the 1 for 1 bonus..approval by shareholders is just a formality | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

STI dropped from 3000 to 2760 this year yet Frgarance shot up to 40-50cts and despite all the neagtive news never seem to drop much..2 rounds of dividends FYE 31 2011 amd interim share price dropped a bit and recovered to cum dividend level again....the chart from share investment show its all time high 72.5cts..last year lah due to 1 for 1 bonus. Today touched a high of 49cts...MM U sold off at 48.5cts..yesterday we received the EGM stating that 3 July is the meeting for 1 for 1 bonus-just a formality after this late U'll see the soaring of share price ...can consider to buy when 46.5-47.5cts shd it dropped these few days Last year i bought 42cts and when approved wow...magic ..pushed to 72.5cts..The 1 for 1 could hve come from Mr Koh himself who pushed up to get better theoretical price.This bonus is by capitalising $113.74mil accumulated profits

Bought at 48 cents and let go at 48.5 cents...Earned a few dollars. Annual dividend is about $16 per lot... That works out to be 3 to 4 % Dividend yield.... Thereoretically, having a bonus issue won't have a great impact on the share price ... It is like cutting the same pie into smaller pieces. However, a bonus issue would help to improve the liquidity of the share. But in the context of Fragrance, the share price is only 45 cents plus which is affordable- hence I do not know management's real intention.....I prefer it increases its dividend payout.... Having said that, I may be wrong and hope all those holding Fragrance shares would continue to huat... |

Nearly every qtr gives dividends...where can find on SGX? Fragrance 1 for 1 BonusFragrance 1 for 1 bonus EGM held on 3 July 2012, 9 am. Book closure on 18 September 2012, 5 pm and lastly credit bonus share to shareholders on 28 September 2012 if approval on EGM held. |

Unlikley U'll lose ..even at 48cts and say remains at like ex bonus(1 for 1) will be 24cts which is lower than 24cts(GPH)...waiting for EGM to be convened as SGX approved liao...once approved U will see the real move

Fragrance has been consistently giving bonus-proposed 1:1(latest 2102May)
1:1 ex 28/6/2011 1:1 ex 04/11/2010 4:1 ex 22/01/2008 If not for these bonus issues the share price is easily now> $1...I am sharing the point that if one has been buying since late April 2012 from 40-48cts and with 2 rounds of dividends(FYE and latest interim dividends) difficult to lose $$$...buying 100 lots say 42cts and selling at 43 cts give a gross profit $1000 minus comissions both ways still can net easily $900 Despite STI dropped from 3000 to 2750,Fragrance remain resilient moving from 40-52cts from late April to as at to-date.each time from 51,42,43-46cts which I had been doing so in multiples of 100 lots per transaction the profits are healthy and with its proposed 1 for 1 bonus approved by SGX now pending EGM to be convened,the losses are limited but upward bias..not an inducement to trade but of course if U were to buy then the profits/losses are yours ...just my personal sharings that there are still good capital gains that can be made Last year I personally bought about 40-42cta nearly 500 lots and sold off some at 72cts cum bonus and leaving 100 lots whem it went ex bonus (1 for 1) I sold off the remaining 100 lots at 35-38cts...still making very good profits as my theoretical ex-bonus price is about 21cts..again my personal opinion/experience just to share not an inducement to trade.  |
