shplayer, how do you see the impact on UIC by URA regarding disallowing further conversion of office space for residential purpose. The property in question is UIC building, which UIC has applied for conversion (?) |

Bollinger bands are very tight indicating large price change may be occuring soon. Acc/Dist and Chaikin also going up... a bullish sign. |

Oh, better clarify that I only enquired on the 2 bedroom type. Its not that whole development all sold except the 3 units of 2 bedroom :) |

Thank you derekchong. No wonder price is weak today. But no worries lah as the fundamentals are still good. Last week they launch a new condo project in yishun and I believe it should do well. I made enquiries (just for fun) and they told me that all are only left with 3 units of the 2-bedroom type... Cheers !!! |

UIC turning upwards. sporeguy, as per your observation, UIC lags WT; the same way AG lags HB. ie, WT and HB are lead indicators for UIC and AG respectively. esp since all in property sector. They're tandem plays. likely you find the same ppl in both counters; which lends further possibility of cyclical play between these counters. The one unknown factor for UIC which might jack up their price is if they can sell off that UIC building. That'll lead to extraordinary gains for whichever quarter it is sold in. |

Price touched $3.00 on Thursday and rebound to $3.10 on Friday.The uptrend is still intact. Looking at the charts, all TA indicators turning up.Px should continue moving north next week. Cheers. |
